My dad and I took a trip to Tennessee. It was so beautiful. We stayed at the Samaray Plantation in one of the coolest, oldest log cabins I’ve ever seen. The logs were from the 1780′s. Here are some images from around the plantation and around the city of Franklin & Nashville. Enjoy!

Katie + Charles are such an adorable couple! They got married at Church Point Manor in Virginia Beach, VA. The weather was beautiful, the setting was perfect and everything about the day couldn’t have gone more perfect. Here is a preview of photographs from their big day.

Ryan + Amber – Baby Gender Reveal!

Ryan and Amber are 2 of our closest friends. They are expecting their second baby and wanted to reveal the gender to the world (aka facebook world) in a unique way. Amber found the idea on Pinterest and thought we’d create our own version. Through lots of trial and error (and melting ice cream), we finally finished the shots and got some cute ones! Needless to say, they are both thrilled to be having another baby boy! We went to Bergey’s Breadbasket for the scenery and world’s BEST fresh ice cream in the world. They also happen to have amazing pies!

Nick + Kristen – A Classic Wedding Day

Nick & Kristen are both such amazing people and together they truly are the perfect couple. Their wedding day was dreamy. Perfect weather, perfect location, and not to mention perfect amount of time between ceremony and reception! (we had 2 hours to go around the city and do photos!) They got married at The Cathedral at the Sacred Heart with the reception at the Jefferson Hotel in Richmond, VA. Here are some of my most favorite moments of the day.

Rick + Shannon – A Beach Wedding

Rick and Shannon are so sweet. When they met with me they told me over and over again about how laid back they were and how stress-free they wanted their wedding. They got married on the beach behind the Virginia Beach Resort Hotel and it was just that: laid back, stress-free and beautiful! She was gorgeous and boy, did he look handsome in his blues.
